I am an IT Support Technician with over 12 years of experience working in IT and customer support. I currently hold my Microsoft 365: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, and Duo Help Desk administrator certifications. I have extensive experience deploying and managing several antivirus systems (ESET, Trend Micro, Symantec Endpoint Protection) along with troubleshooting antivirus issues and malware detections.
I have been working at Neocomp Systems since October 2018. Neocomp is a managed service provider (MSP) where I have been supporting clients with hundreds of end users with issues on Windows 10, Mac, and Windows 7. The clients range from software development companies, automotive/aerospace manufacturing, and law firms.

Antivirus Management
I have deployed and managed several antivirus systems including Trend Micro, ESET, Symantec Endpoint Protection and Microsoft Defender ATP. I also manage Hard Drive Encryption, Web security and Firewall settings or all Windows 10, Windows Server, and macOS devices. Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving antivirus related issues and malware detections.
Office 365 Management
I currently hold my Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications. I have managed and supported several clients with Microsoft 365 including new user setups, troubleshooting Exchange and email flow issues, license management, Intune, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Purview. Experience using Powershell to manage M365.
Help Desk Support
12 years of experience with customer support and 6 years working on a help desk team for a MSP where I have worked my way up to a supervisor role. I have worked as a main point of contact and as an escalation point both during and after hours. I have worked on a variety of issues including failing Veeam backups, Malware detections, troubleshooting Windows updates, and user onboarding/offboarding.
