(2013 – 2022)
Spike was a 9 year old English Bulldog. We adopted him as a rescue from SoCal Bulldog Rescue at 5 years old. Spike brought happiness to my life everyday until the day he passed away. Spike enjoyed topless Jeep rides and just observing traffic and pedestrians. He enjoyed a good life living in Long Beach. See my pictures below for some highlights Spike brought into our lives. Spike is greatly missed.
If you have ever considered a bulldog, please check out SoCal Bulldog Rescue as they do great things for bulldogs in need.
Spike Living His Best Life
Happy 8th Birthday
Spikes 8th Birthday was one to remember. He spent some time at El Dorado duck pond and ended the day with his own birthday cake.
Petsmart employee of the Month
Spike was always loved at any pet store. Petsmart was one of his favorite spots.
Dodgers #1 Fan!
Spike may have not cared about baseball as much as I do, but he sure looked good in blue!
Feeling a Little Grumpy
Long, hot days equals grumpy Spike. Fear not, mood can be easily altered by offering him a treat.
Studying for the BIG Test!
Crazy for attention. Even while we are trying to study or work.
I Hate Shower Time
Shower time was defiantly not Spikes favorite time. But a clean dog is a happy dog.
Jeep Rides are my Favorite
Pop off the top in the jeep and go for a ride down PCH. This was always Spikes favorite times.
Nap Time
When not enjoying good snack or a Jeep ride, you can find spike napping on the couch.
